A multimedia series that encapsulates the grief associated with loss and displacement through figurative imagery, symbolism, and process. Recuerdos De Ti began as a digital piece and was then printed through solvent-transfer, and consecutively torn into a snake book. This process metaphorizes the gradual loss of home due to gentrification, and iconography such as the rooster, the palm trees, and the tile roofing contextualizes this piece within the landscape of Miami.
